Sometimes you get exactly what you need. The day of Katlyn’s bridal session, the weather surprised us with switching from 0% chance of rain, to 80% chance of storms during our slotted portrait time. As Katlyn sat in the chair having her hair finished, I messaged her hoping to bump up our portrait time and beat the storms. And that is exactly what we did. Although we didn’t have an abundance of sunshine, what we did have was beautiful stormy clouds and some wind which made the portraits even better! I am so glad we went for it and made these happen despite the weather. And I am happy to report, as I drove home from this session, the rain started. But luckily it never once rained on us!

I just love how elegant Katlyn’s bridal gown and hair is. It fits her so well! She reminded me of Jackie Kennedy! I can’t wait to share her wedding day tomorrow! For now, enjoy a few peeks of her bridal session!
