Today, I have the saddest blog post ever to share. I am a mom to a TEENAGER?!? How did that happen? AAAAGGGHHH!

Seriously though, this kid was our first. First everything really. Just with his birth, Travis and I found a new life and a new place in this world. We were forever bonded with something deeper. And this kid couldn’t have been a better FIRST BORN to us!

Austin is so smart, always has been. He is always inquisitive, just like his daddy. He loves figuring things out. Probably why Myth Busters is his favorite show. He also loves people. He is the kind of kid that will do almost anything just to be around people. And people love him. He is the worlds best big brother. I tell him all the time that God made his first for a reason! His brothers adore him, even when they fuss. He is the best at helping his mom and dad with the “babies” of the house. He also loves to cook. He cooks dinner every once in a while and helps with breakfast whenever he can. He is just an all around AWESOME kid! I couldn’t be more proud to be his mom!

Happy Birthday to my first born baby! I can’t believe what a MAN you are becoming right before my eyes!
