I started the Candi’s Crush series forever ago and I have a list of things I want to share for it, but it is the one thing that always seems to get put on the back burner!  But today, I thought I would share my wedding crush list!  Since I am a wedding photographer, I live a lot of my life within the wedding industry.  Wedding rings, gowns, florals and photos are a part of my daily life and I love it!  I can’t get enough of it all!  Today I am sharing my 5 favorite wedding day crushes! If your wedding doesn’t include all five…don’t worry!  We will still love it too because of the people who are getting married!  🙂

 

OUTDOOR WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS!

Outdoor weddings will forever have my heart.  I just love them so much.  I love using natural light to capture all of the wedding day.  I love having nature as the backdrop to the ceremony.  I just can’t get enough!

 

GORGEOUS FLORALS

 

If a wedding has gorgeous florals, it inspires me!  I love mixing them into detail shots, bridal party shots and bride and groom portraits.  I have a whole post about the importance of the bridal bouquet!  Florals add such a beautiful touch to any photo!  GIMME ALL THE FLOWERS!!

 

FANCY BRIDAL SHOES

 

Girls spend hours agonizing over the dress they will wear down the isle, but my favorite thing is the shoes underneath!  Maybe it is because no matter how bad I feel, a pretty pair of shoes always fit?  I l love when brides go with sparkles or something fancy.  Makes for super fun photos! DAPPER GROOMS

Why should brides have all the fun?  We dedicate a LOT of time to our bridal details, but really, the guys are important too.  And speaking of guys, we love it when they dress it up on the wedding day.  There is no substitute for a well tailored suit!

 

GORGEOUS TABLESCAPES

Going right along with the florals, a stunning table wins my heart every time too!  The more detailed, the better!

TIP: If you are looking to save money, deck out your sweetheart table and go light on the guests tables!  Most of the photos will be of your seats anyway!
