I am so behind in blogging!  I am jumping back in this week and starting with something personal!  We recently got back from an incredible week in the Florida Keys. We hadn’t planned on a vacation this summer but when my brother and his girlfriend invited us down for the week, we couldn’t refuse! This trip was one we will remember forever and I am grateful for the memories we made while we were there!! This post is full of iPhone snaps and DSLR ones too, so ignore the quality in some of them!

It all started with the kiddos first flight…

And then we arrived at the most beautiful Isla Bella Resort. It was stunning!!!

While we did hang at the resort a lot and enjoy the views and the pool, we also hung out at my Brother’s house with the most fantastic view of the water too!

My brother took the boys fishing a few times and they hooked some awesome fish!

And we also rented a double decker pontoon boat with a slide to take to the sandbars one day. The kids LOVED it!

Austin and Ashton got to go snorkeling with us at Looe Key Reef and it was the highlight of the trip! We saw some amazing fish and swam with a few sharks too. (Video of the fun to come!)

We enjoyed exploring the keys from sombero beach to key west.

 

And of course the tuxes made the trip down this time too…

But this time we included my nephew Mason

The boys couldn’t get over the wildlife there. The key deer were like pets that roamed your yard. They each got to pet one.

And I had to capture a few shots of my brother in action…

And naturally I also had to shoot something pretty while I was there too and I can’t wait to share more of it!!
