Happy Monday Friends! I have a real treat for you today! I am sharing a gorgeous maternity session that happens to be of my beautiful friend from college. Shana had a pretty amazing maternity session with her last baby. It was hard to top it! But when I heard her winter due date, I dreamed of SNOW! We waited and waited through December and January for mother nature to cooperate. As her due date came closer, we decided we better just pick a date and make it happen. As luck would have it, there was a small dusting of snow two days before we met. But I didn’t give up. I continued to pray for snow and the day of her session, I searched all the weather webcams and found SNOW! We headed towards the snowy spot and found something even more gorgeous than I could have dreamed! God provided us with the most stunning spot. We had snow AND a waterfall stream with ice! With some GREEN in the background! I found the perfect spot for Shana to SAFELY stand on with a safe spot for me to shoot from below. It was just perfection!

Then we hit a second location that was acutally colder than the first!

And we visited my favorite tree…

Shana, you are so incredibly gorgeous and glowing! Thank you for bearing the cold weather and giving us these STUNNING photos! I had such a great time! Can’t wait to meet sweet Colt!
