Kaitlyn and I tossed around several location ideas for their engagement session, but finally landed on their wedding venue for next fall.  It was a beautiful spot and I can't wait to shoot their wedding there next year!  The location is quite fitting for the two of them.  Jake is a farmer and naturally a farm seems like the proper place to get married.  And a reception in a barn?  Rustic heaven!  :)  We found lots of nooks and crannies around the venue to shoot in.  I enjoyed getting to know them during their session.  

 

They have dated for several years so this engagement was a long time coming!  The awesome thing is you could tell immediately that they had been together for quite some time as well.  The were so comfortable with each other and really just had fun the entire time!  Made for some fun photos!  Here are some favorites…
