When I think of Heather and Troy, the word Resilience comes to mind. Planning a wedding in 2020 has proven to be difficult but these two seemed to have trouble at every turn. From cancelled venues to wedding band mishaps. It seemed like every time we chatted about their upcoming wedding, something else had fell apart. But these two handled it all with so much grace. They bounced back time after time and focused on the most important thing- they were marrying each other. And while they may have faced a long road to get to their wedding day, the day itself was beautiful! They couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day with it being 70 degrees in Charleston in December!
With Covid restrictions, Micro weddings are going to be BIG. I for one love Micro weddings! It allows us to really focus on the couple for the entire day. We still get to capture all the pretty details and we can go all out for stunning portraits as husband and wife! These two embraced the micro wedding from the very beginning. They knew they wanted to get married in a destination with just their closest family and friends. This day was full of all the beautiful details! And can you believe Heather did her own Hair and Make-up? I was so amazed! I knew she was an amazing hair stylist but to do your own is amazing! Enjoy a sneak peek of their wedding!
