He had just finished getting ready when he looked up at me. He softly asked, “Is it almost time for the first look?” I said yes and we walked towards our photo spot. He held a guitar in his hands. His nervous smile gave him away. This was the moment he was waiting for. To see his stunning bride and when she tapped him on the shoulder, he spun around and those nerves melted into smiles. As they stood there together amongst the beautiful fields, he sang her a song that he had prepared just for her. She was quiet and calm, but her eyes never left his. As the words came out of his heart, her smile grew. Together these two are quiet, yet connected. There were no words necessary to speak the emotions that raced through them. This was their wedding day. And what a perfect day it was.

      The skies were clear, the temps were cooled just enough with a slight breeze. Family and friends all gathered at the gorgeous Harvest House to share in their special day. So much of their personality was infused into this wedding. John being a musician had guitars mixed in the decor and they even used a guitar as their “guest book.” There were wildflowers every where i turned. John made ring boxes and the cross they were married in front of. Soft little touches were just the perfect way to accent the gorgeous setting. But there was no mistaking that they both were focused on the joining together as husband and wife.

John and Adrianne, thank you so much for allowing us to capture your beginning as husband and wife. We are so honored to have been there on Day one with you and we hope that every day that follows is just as beautiful!
