I just launched our brand refresh this week and I have since got some questions from others about web design stuff. This is not my first webpage. I have had MANY versions of Candi Leonard Photography over the years as my business has grown and changed and evolved. I have done template sites, semi-custom sites, and now a custom site. And I have to say, that having a web designer is the way to go if you can afford it! You know I love lists, so I decided to make a list of the top 3 reasons why you should hire a web designer!

1. It simplifies the process.
Every little hiccup I had when building my site (the 2016 and new 2017 version) was taken care of. Most of the time before I even knew it existed. My designer placed phone calls to hosting companies, handled emails and troubleshooting that popped up along the way. Anything that I had issues with, Rachael handled for me.

2. You can dream bigger!
My website company gives you the freedom to pretty much design your site any way you want. AS LONG AS YOU KNOW HOW! And that is the coolest thing. However, it is overwhelming if you don’t know how to do it all and can also get you in trouble. Rachael set everything up for me and made my wishlist come true often within minutes of my email. I would say, could we do this. And she would shoot back options to make it come to life. She had the knowledge to make it work right away where I could have spent hours, trial and error or binging you-tube tutorials to figure it out and still likely got it wrong.

3. You get an expert opinion
Anytime you outsource, the biggest reason is to hire an expert in that field. Web designers do this all the time. They know what works, what looks good, and many of the ins and outs of design. I can rest easy knowing that they will make it look good! And they will do the job a million times better than I ever would!
