Words cannot describe how much I love my dear Charleston. As Travis and I strolled up and down the historic streets hand in hand my smile grew bigger. I love the mossy trees, the cobble stone streets, the bricked alley ways, the amazing food, and just the overwhelmingly beautiful architecture. Southern charm has won my heart. As we chatted about my love affair for this city and how I wish I could move there, I started to think about when I really fell for the city. Charleston officially didn’t charm me until we visited about 6 years ago. This career of mine has opened my eyes to life in a way I never imagined. And because of that, I fell in love with this city! Granted, it is one of the most photogenic places on earth. But part of me wonders if I moved there if I would ever grow tired of it. I like to think I wouldn’t because there is always somewhere new to explore! This time we found a few new streets to venture down and I found my dream home. We also drove south to see the beautiful Sheldon Church Ruins, which you will see below! The trip left me super inspired! I cannot wait to go back for my next round of sessions! One of the spots I am aiming to shoot at is in the photos below. I can see such stunning photos of a couple in love, or a beautiful bride or a maternity or ALL THREE!
