It happens to millions of women daily- the tragic question of “what will I wear?” But in all seriousness, have you ever struggled with what you should wear as a wedding guest?

I know that as wedding photographers, we try to match the attire of wedding guest. So if it is black tie, we dress the part. If it is a country wedding- we pull out our boots. If it is a beach wedding, I rock cute sandals, etc. But sometimes figuring out what to wear is tricky! Now, how do you figure out what kind of wedding your lovely couple is hosting…the invitation is a great way to start. Look for clues in the venue (barn, beach, ballroom, etc) and go from there. If you are still unsure- ASK! We have done this before! Better safe than to be underdressed!
