It’s funny because I almost didn’t do this post. I thought I hadn’t captured many maternity portraits this year but when I went and looked, I was reminded of all the BEAUTIFUL portraits I did this year! And my love for maternity sessions just came back to life for me again! One thing I LOVED about this year’s maternity sessions was that we incorporated more of the dad in them too. And even snuck in a sibling or two. While highlighting the gorgeous mama-to-be is always fun, it was lovely adding that extra element. And no surprise that I loved it since capturing couples is my favorite thing! My clients blew me away this year with how stunning they all looked! We had so many great locations too! My favorite new place was Old Sheldon Church ruins nestled right outside of Charleston. I could shoot here over and over again!
I also never tire of my favorite local creek…
Historic Charleston is also a favorite spot too! So much beauty in those streets!
Oh and a field of weeds gets me every time too!
