2015 was for sure a year of change for this business. When I wrapped up the year in 2014, I knew I wanted to make big changes. But what I learned is that it is really about small changes with a BIG impact. And that happened this year for sure. I sat down in January and made a business plan for the year. I laid it all out. What I wanted to change, how I wanted to do it, ways to implement things, what was working, what wasn’t. I made a list of investments I wanted to make as money allowed, and just a general plan to guide this business. When I opened that business plan back up in December, I was shocked to see that I had indeed checked off every goal on my list, even the ones that were in the “maybe if I have time/money” column! That my friends is a success! I made a lot of changes for the better and I can’t wait to keep seeing them benefit my business in the future. Here are the top Highlights of 2015!
I attended two fabulous workshops and met a Bunch of awesome people!
I shot 3 out of state weddings that were just gorgeous!

We completed a bridal guide for our wedding clients.
We outsourced two major parts of our business which gave us back some much needed time to spend with our loved ones!
We launched a custom website and blog to finally match up our brand!
New blog and new website.
We invested in a completely new lighting set-up for wedding receptions!
I am excited to sit down this week and write out our 2016 business plan. Thank you guys for being a part of our 2015!!
